Ricky Talkington "Decoy Rick" is the founder of Decoy Outdoors. Ricky began waterfowl hunting around the age of 14 with the Lester Brothers and his Dad (Richard) in Corsicana and Katy TX. Ricky still hunts will the Lester Brother in Texas and in North Dakota. He trys to hunt with the Team Decoy members as much as he can. He loves meeting all of the team members and hunting in different states. He also travels all over the country promoting Decoy Outdoors. He teamed up with CallingDucks.com in 2009 and designed their new logo and apparel line. Ricky looks forward to meeting new people at outdoor shows and stores to answer any questions they have about Decoy Outdoors. Ricky graduted from the University of North Texas in Denton with a degree in Fine Arts.
