Dave was introduced to what the great outdoors had to offer at a very young age. He was raised a short bicycle ride from the west shore of Green Bay and the mouth of the Fox River. His parents also had a cottage on a beautiful lot of land with a lake across the road. His focus is on giving back by using the experience, knowledge and gifts God has given him to serve as a resource to help others further their abilities in the field and on the contest stage. More importantly, he is committed to teach and guide people in their walk of faith. Throughout the year, Dave holds seminars across the state and monthly workshops at his local Gander Mountain. These events, along with my Christian social media business, allows him to connect with thousands of people to share my faith and passion for the outdoors. As he looks back, he realize just how much God has blessed him. The outdoors has become a part of his soul and has helped shape Dave into the man he has become.
