Craig has been hunting since he was 12 yrs old when his father introduced him to the sport. He had pursued deer, turkey, bear, coyotes and small game. He was introduced to waterfowl 20 yrs ago, it has become an addiction ever since and he hope they never find a cure. "There is nothing like having a flock of Canada's locked up with feet down in your face at 10 yards,or a flock of green heads gliding down into a marsh or corn field." Craig really enjoys taking people out and putting them on some big honker or mallards so that's why four yrs ago, Craig and his partner, started Southern Tier Outfitters Goose Guide Service here in NY. "The feeling I get from watching the client's reaction as birds are three feet off the ground and in the kill hole is a rush."

 Craig does several seminars on Goose Hunting during the off season for Dakota Decoys and he runs three Waterfowl Calling Contests. He also runs camera for Callin' The Shots TV, field staff for Drake Waterfowl and he's on the Dakota Decoy Xtreme Team. His goal is to educated the waterfowlers both young and old at hunting waterfowl the ethical way. Craig has two labs decoy a black lab and gunner a choclate, when he's not in the field or at a show Craig is outside training these two in preperations for the up comming season.

Craig loves taking kids out and introducing then to waterfowl hunting and he runs several youth hunts in his area.
